Requrirement
     
  • Sale & Marketing (Manager)
    • University degree in marketing, or related fields.
    • 5 years experienced in selling, promotion, marketing of similar products
      and Import & Export.
    • Experienced in planning, budgeting and monitoring the sale team.
    • Predicting market development and conducting actual compititive market analysis.
    • Self-motivate and able to work under presuure and complete task in tight dateline.
    • Prepare report of communication market status and report on the
      main figures of marketing activities.
    • Conducting professional on-Site sale presentation to prospective clients.
    • Be able to communicate in English, able to speak Korean/Chinese or Japanese is preferable.
      
  • Sale & Marketing (Provincial Sales)
    • University degree in marketing, or related fields.
    • 2 years experienced in selling, promotion, marketing of similar products
      and Import & Export.
    • Experienced in planning, budgeting and monitoring the sale team.
    • Be able to work under presuure and Computer literate.
    • Available working at Siem Reap, Battambang, Kompong Cham and Sihanuk province.
    • Be able to communicate in English, able to speak Korean/Chinese or Japanese is preferable.
      
  • Human Resource (Assistant Manager)
    • University degree in management or human resource.
    • 5 years Experienced in managing full spectrum of HR and administration
      initiative in a large scale.
    • Be able to plan and impliment HR and administrative policies that can optimize workers, poductivities and control on discipline
    • Deplomatic in coordinate with unions, immigration and relevant government bodies.
    • initiative, flexible and good interpersonal skills.
    • Execution of all aspect of the commercial training activities (Training needs, Plan & Budget, Delivery, Evaluation and record/report) to achieve the objective of HR development.
    • Development the company policies and procedure which comply with Labor Law in Cambodia.
    • Good command spoken and written English and able to speak Korean is preferable.
      
  • Vice Managing Director
    •
    • University degree in management and leadership skills
    • Proficiency in written communication in English and Effective
      public speaking/presentation skills
    • Experienced at least 8 years in field (Korean Language is preferable)
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills and persuasive ability.
    • Ability to evaluate/implement managerial training & development program.
    • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
    • Financial analysis ability.
    • Age 40~48 year old.
      
  • Planning & Marketing Manager
    • University degree in management and leadership skills
    • Experienced at least 5 years in Planning/Marketing
    • Experienced in social development, management, monitoring and evaluation.
    • Understanding about Environmental. Impacts Assessment report.
    • Current knowledge of development issues, policies as well as social
      programming policies and procedures in international development co-operation.
    • Be able to communicate in English and able to speak Korean/Chinese, is advantage.
    • Available working at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap province.
